Margaret Howell
Howell began her career in the 70s making clean, simple men’s shirts. Evolving to encompass clothing, she branched into womenswear in the 80s and a lifestyle built on simple, luxury basics was born. Howell’s low key aesthetic doesn’t belie the quality of the cut and quality of the fabric that she turns into relaxed, modern menswear. The Margaret Howell man is unassuming and discerning, with spring playing testament to that with loose shapes, go-anywhere cagoules, pitch perfect shirts in neutral and putty shades and breton t-shirts that recall hazy English summers.
